Serenity Plastic Kft. is 100% Hungarian owned company. Our main activity is manufacturing of plastic products by injection moulding or thermoforming. Part of our additional services is assembling with manual and special purpose machines.
We mainly process general and technical thermoplastic. In addition to quality and reliability, the most important thing for us is personalized service.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Currently we have 10 pcs Arburg type injection moulding machines. All of them are equipped with manipulators, dryers, temperature controllers and grinding machines.
Horizontal and vertical injection moulding also co-moulding technology is available in the plant. Our injection moulding machines are between 60-150 tons, vertical rotary table machines are 80 tons.
THERMOFORMING
Our ILLIG RV 53D automatic vacuum and pressure forming machine (manufactured year: 2020) is designed for cost-effective production of small to medium-sized batch sizes. Application: production of glasses, trays, capsules, blisters, lids, and other packaging materials, regardless of industry.

ASSEMBLY
Our assembly activity started at the same time as injection moulding, where assembly is done manually or with special machines. Several of our target machines are equipped with cameras and cleaning units based on customer requirements. We can apply the almost twenty years of assembly experience of our employees and tailor this to customer needs. Today, more and more companies are taking advantage of wage work which can permanently increase the capacity of their own workforce. Our company can help all companies who may need to boost their own capacity quickly because of a sudden increase in orders while remaining competitive.
ULTRASONIC WELDING
Ultrasonic welding is an industrial technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for plastics or other materials (for instance: metals). During the process, it is possible to produce a product with extremely high mechanical resistance.

As an additional service, we can provide a unique appearance of products to our customers, from graphic design to printing, that we do as quickly and professionally as possible. Our many years of experience in the printing industry helps us to make our products unique using the latest technologies.
